Pen locks

A pin lock is a strong lock with a simple principle. A sturdy steel pin grips the frame and locks your door. This type of lock has been used for generations. For your safety, we have developed the pin lock with modern techniques and materials.
✅ You receive a 5-year warranty on our padlocks.
✅ We will be at your location within 30 minutes.

Why choose padlocks?
A pin lock combines proven technology with modern security. The solid steel pin is virtually impossible to manipulate or force. The lock is anchored in your door and frame, which provides extra strength. Modern pin locks have a special cylinder that cannot be cracked.
Mortise locks are also practical. They work smoothly, make little noise and require little maintenance. The installation is relatively easy and the lock fits almost all doors. With a price starting at €85,00 you get a lot of security for your money.

Our satisfied clients

Professional installation of mortise locks
A pin lock must be perfectly aligned. Our fitters drill the holes for the lock exactly to size. The lock is firmly anchored in the door and the steel pin fits exactly in the frame. Only then will the lock work without problems for years.

Which doors are suitable for mortise locks?
Front doors
We often fit a heavier type of mortise lock on front doors. The lock strengthens the entire door and offers extra burglary protection. Whether you have a houten, plastic or aluminum door – a pin lock always fits.
Interior doors
For interior doors we use lighter mortise locks. These are perfect for bathrooms, bedrooms and other spaces that you want to lock. The locks work smoothly and are maintenance-free.
Garden doors and gates
Mortise locks are ideal for garden doors and gates. They are resistant to weather influences and continue to work well, even if the door expands or shrinks.
Recognize a worn pin lock
The pen no longer works smoothly
The pin of the lock should move smoothly in and out of the frame. If this is stiff or snagged, this is usually a sign of wear. The pin may be deformed or there may be dirt in the mechanism. This makes your lock less secure and can leiden to get stuck.
Unusual sounds
A good pin lock works almost silently. Grinding or rattling noises when closing indicate problems. This is often caused by wear of the moving parts or because the pin is no longer properly aligned with the frame.
Problems with the key
If the key is turning harder and harder, this is a clear signal. It means that the interior of your lock is worn. This can be caused by: Dirt in the lock, worn parts, incorrect alignment and a damaged cylinder
Poor connection with the frame
The pin must engage precisely in the frame for optimum security. If there is too much play or the pin does not extend far enough, your door will no longer close properly. This can be caused by: Subsidence of the door, wear of the lock and damage to the frame
